Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request an exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • Your perfume must be unused, in its original packaging, with labels and protective stickers attached.

Sale Items: Please note that there are no returns or exchanges on sale items.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it.


Return Process:

  • We have a No Refund policy, except in exceptional cases, such as when a product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.
  • No cash refunds will be issued.
  • If the product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, please return it via a traceable delivery method (e.g., courier or registered post) at your own expense to the address below.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges & Store Credit:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect order, you can request an exchange. We will issue a 100% store credit for the purchase price of your order (shipping fees and discounts are not included).

Please note:

  • We do not issue cash refunds for exchanges.
  • Customers returning items will receive store credit, not a cash refund.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
